The Alldyn engagement delivery group consists of highly trained and experienced project consultants. Their work includes defining problems and project plans in collaboration with SMEs and clients and facilitating and executing engagements in conjunction with SMEs, Alldyn’s analytics group, and clients.
Alldyn uses both an internal core group of experts and a global panel network of SMEs. Our panel network is the cornerstone of Alldyn’s offering and operates in two different capacities: some SMEs are deployable onsite, whereas others are available remotely.
We are continually building our uniquely curated group of SMEs worldwide that can operate on complex top management–sanctioned performance-improvement and strategy engagements. The network consists of individual consulting practitioners, small-to-medium-sized SME consulting practices, executives in residence, academics, and others with unique expertise.
Alldyn’s analytics group, made up of specialists in data science, machine learning, semantics analysis, and leading edge statistical analysis, is available to support all client engagements. The analytics team exists to assist engagements with gathering data, securely storing data, and conducting data analysis as needed.
One of the single most challenging tasks with performance-improvement work is to obtain or construct viable data. Much of the analytics group’s value is in extracting, transferring, and loading data, and in refactoring data from semi or unstructured data into data that can be analyzed. Most of the actual analytical work required in performance-improvement and strategy projects is relatively rudimentary. In addition to organizing the data, our analytics professionals are capable of both simple and advanced analysis when necessary so that the engagement management and SME teams can deliver data-informed conclusions and guidance for clients.
